Hello my dear customers! My name is Luis Esteban Garcia. I was born in Brownsville Texas. I am 2nd generation American. My Parents were both born in Mexico. I have 7 brothers and sisters. My parents didn’t believe in handouts and each worked two jobs to take care of us. They provided us with everything we needed for school and for life’s road.
We moved to Dallas in 1963. I graduated from North Dallas High School. I took 2 years of training to be an Electronic Technician. I learned how to fix TV’s, radios, cell phone’s etc. But, my career really didn’t start until I began selling cars. I sold cars at Van Chevrolet for 10 years. I went to James Wood Chevrolet in Denton and sold cars there for 2 years. That’s where I met my boss Gene Cole, who asked me to work with him at Jim McNatt Auto Group.
I’m also happy to say that I have been with my other boss, partner and soul mate, Beverly Rodarte for 23 years. I help her family with their restaurant, Blue Moon Bar and Grill that they have owned since 1974. I help manage the restaurant and cater to our customer’s needs. I feel that I’m here in this world to help customers whether it with getting a car or ordering an Enchilada plate! I truly care for my customer’s satisfaction. I’m also in the rental property business and I take care of my partners properties. I feel the more people you come in contact with along with the experiences you have throughout life, the better prepared you are to take care of any problems a customer may have.
I have 2 daughters both grown and on their own. I live in Dallas on one of the “M” streets off of lower Greenville. I can work at any dealership in Dallas but I choose to drive 38 miles each way to work at Jim McNatt Auto Group. For the soul reason of knowing that if one of my customers has a problem my Dealership will always do the right thing. I have heard of dealerships turning their back on customer problems as simple as loaning a car while the customer’s car is being repaired or if the check engine light comes on 3 days after purchase. They say, “It’s your problem.”
It doesn’t matter whether you sell a car, an enchilada or rent someone a house, you have the same values. A happy customer will refer you to their friends and family if you take great care of them. I truly believe in customer satisfaction!
